Community Guidelines

These Community Guidelines outline the standards of conduct expected from users participating in the community aspects of faff.fit. Our goal is to foster an open-minded, positive, and supportive environment. By participating in the community features, you agree to adhere to these guidelines.

1. Respectful Communication

Always engage in a courteous and respectful manner. Personal attacks, insults, or any form of harassment are prohibited.

2. Prohibited Content and Behaviour

• Bullying and Harassment: Content or behaviour that demeans or targets an individual or group is unacceptable.
• Hate Speech: Do not post content that promotes hate or intolerance based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic.
• Political Extremism and Provocation: Content inciting political conflict or extremist views will be removed. We aim for balanced, constructive discussions.
• Vindictive or Controversial Content: Any content that contradicts our core value of fostering a supportive and positive community will be moderated.

3. Content Moderation and Enforcement

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines without prior notice. Repeated or severe violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent banning from the community. Moderation decisions are made at our sole discretion to maintain the intended atmosphere of the community.

4. Reporting and Appeals

Users are encouraged to report any content or behaviour they believe violates these guidelines. Reports can be submitted via the in-app reporting feature or by contacting info@faff.fit. We will review all reports promptly and take appropriate action. Decisions by our moderation team are final; however, you may request a review if you believe an error has occurred.

5. Updates to Community Guidelines

These guidelines may be updated periodically to address emerging issues or reflect changes in our community. Major changes will be communicated to users via in-app notifications or email.

6. Acknowledgment and Agreement

By using the community features of faff.fit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Community Guidelines. Your continued participation in the community constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
